Susan Rumfitt is an independent jewellery advisor, auction consultant and lecturer. She studied for a postgraduate degree at Glasgow University. She worked first for Christie’s in Glasgow and then at Phillips Auctioneers in London, where she was Head of Department 1999- 2002. She has lectured extensively for ladies luncheon clubs, antiques and collectors groups and is a specialist on the BBC’s Antiques Roadshow.
