Jessica Aldred
We have had the pleasure of listening to Jessica Aldred speak to us before, when she told us about her career in embroidery from training at the Royal School of Needlework, working in costume at the Royal Opera House, teaching needlework in a high security prison and being a member of the team who embroidered the wedding dress and veil for the now Princess of Wales! She has also demonstrated embroidery to HRH Her Majesty The Queen and taught at the V&A Museum as part of their exhibition ‘Frida Kahlo: Making Her Self Up’.
